Straight from the man himself. I'm not trying to play you or anything, I just want a matching amp. I don't use/need that much power anyway, its overkill for my mids/highs.

There's really not overkill with speakers as far as juice is concerned. You just have to be conservative. Alot of sq guys use Much bigger amps than are needed. It's called having headroom. Most speakers are blown by feeding them a distorted signal, not by causing them to exceed their thermal limits. If you can get a better deal on more watts and/or more channels, go for it.
