WTB 4 channel amp

looking for a decent 4 channel amp (please so sony, kenwoods, boss, ect) looking for something i can run both my comps and sub off of. somewhere along the lines of 100-150 for the comps and somewhere round 5-600 watts(no less than 500) for the sub. or if you have 2 matching 2 channel amps with small footprints. trying to keep it under 300. post pics and references if you have them. would really like a DD S4 but more than likely out of my price range.
