Your best best then is likely going to be something along the lines of what I linked to previously unless you go used and then still it's a bit of a crapshoot with that budget...

You can get a brand new Blaupunkt GTA4 from crutchfield for $106.50 shipped. I am using one right now temp, it is fantastic as long as you have a decent signal running to it.
