I personally think the OP should just wire each set of 4 speakers to 4ohms and run a couple of 4 channels bridged at 4ohms...it'd make amp selection a lot easier.

what did you find? I still think its a mistake to run all that on 1 amp at that low load...but its your buddies not mine. good luck

we rewired and rearranged stuff so that everything is at a 2ohm load per ch.

i found him a mint mmats sq4100 and a mint 3500.05 with a bunch of wirings and interconnects for 750. they were dealer bought and well taken care of, they look brand new //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
