looking for a 2 or 4 channel that will put out those results looking to spend $200 or less.. needs to do rated.. needs to have decent SQ needs to have xover so some of the oldschool stuff is out.. can't be more the 5" tall

Actually, you're mistaken about the power being greater. The fuse rating alone will confirm it. But you will have a better dollar to watt ratio going with dustinr. I thought you'd mentioned SQ so I thought I would offer. You could've at least hit me with a "no thanks".

I ran the amp on a pair of IXL's and it never got hot even though I was pushing the subs pretty hard. I ran the DCA1000 at .5ohm and it wouldn't get hot either. Just something to think about...
