WTB: 2 or 4 channel speaker amp

Im looking for a speaker amp 2 or 4 channel, that has 50W or more per channel.

(trying to kick 2 speakers, maybe 4 if it puts out enough). Im on a budget, so looking for about 50 shipped. If nobody has one, wheres the best place to buy?

It's rated for 60w per channel @ 4 Ohms and taking into account Profile's predisposition towards over-rating their amps to a small degree that will most likely give you 50 actual watts per channel.

It's listed for $39 + shipping so I'll imagine it's around $50 altogether or possibly a minimal amount more and it comes with a valid factory-backed 1 year warranty.

It just means that if it breaks within a year of you buying it send it back and they will either repair or replace it.

thanks, i appreciate it, and what about the BAJA amps at the bottom, there was one about the same price that had more output, do you know anything about it?

I cannot speak from personal experience having never owned one of the Baja-series units Profile makes but what I read/hear fairly frequently is that they are more than a bit problematic as far as reliability goes.

Now bearing in mind that Profile gear is pretty close to the bottom of the barrel as it is, in all honesty, their bottom-end gear is more likely than most to be crap, right? That makes sense to me anyway.

Regarding Profile's amps I have faith in their California-series units because I have used them and I have faith in their Clarus-series stuff for the same reason (though for some reason you never see any of the Clarus gear on that refurb site of theirs...) but from all that I know, keeping in mind that what I know is nothing more than hearsay, I would avoid the Baja-series stuff.
