I prefer shipping via USPS simply because I have to walk an extra 10 minutes on campus to get to the fedex/ups building, but ill do whatever if I have to.

i got 2 terminal rings from frys for about 2 bucks...you should look there or any hardware store like home depot. they should be really cheap. cheaper than having them shipped.
