WTB: 1k amp, sub, components

As the title states, i am in the market for

-Pioneer Premier Pioneer TS-W3001D4(or any sub in the same power range ~800 rms)

-Any higher end 5 1/4" component system

-4 channel amp that can atleast do 70x4

-sub amp that can push atleast 750-800 safely

please recommend some companies i really would like to try out the sundown audio amps because i have read good things about them. its just that all the audio places around here only push the 'big' companies so i'd like to try out somethin else.

im really looking for a good sounding system that can still get loud when i want it to

i really want more of a quality sounding system as my alst system was a RF T1 and i liked it but i just want something i can play everything with..
