WTB: 15 inch sub for 500 RMS

Like the title says, looking for a nice 15 for my buddy to run on a Rockford Fosgate 500 watt RMS amp. He didnt give me a model number, but I am assuming the 500 rms is at 2 ohms, so a d1 or d4 is what I need. Something like a DC lvl3, AQ SDC, anything like that. Budget is 175 shipped or less, the cheaper the better. Staying around 130-140 would be perfect.
