dewalt FTW have one in my house, 18v has lasted us 6 years already and still going strong.

yea, that's why i don't want to buy a cheap brand, i know you get what you pay for with those.

I have 3 dewalt drills. 9.6 volt, 14.4 volt and 18V. In all honesty the 9.6 & 14.4 get used the most. They are just as powerful and weigh a lot less...unless its something really big like drilling completely threw a 4"x4" i use the smaller ones...less cumbersome.

Something to think about.

I got a couple of Dewalt drills, 2 I might get rid of, let me check them out and take pics this weekend..

One is a 988VA and the other is a 959 18v
