WTB-12" subwoofer in Philly

I'm looking for a 12" sub in an enclosure for around $100. Of course I'm not goin to get a new sub at that price but I'm actually looking for the old round kicker solo baric. Or does anyone recommend a sub that needs a small enclosure? I'm trying to get nice clean tight bass, at an affordable price. I'm in philadelphia but can travel to jersey or even d-ware.
