WTB: 1,000 to 1,500 watt Class D amplifier

Wow, I just realized that the new JL Audio w3v3 series had single voice coils. If you are going to run a pair of 2 ohm subs, why not look for a cheap 1,000 to 1,500 watt Class D amplifier for a 1 ohm load? Also, I think those 12s would laugh at 500 watts RMS split between the two of them.

$100 to $200...to $300 range. I need ideas. I am interested in a purchase also

go with the solid audio or cadence a7hc, a7hc is 1400rms btw with only 80 amp draw, i just sold mine for 300. best amp i have ever owned but i went to a more powerful setup and stuck with cadence i loved it so much. I have also owned the solid audio f2500 same as american bass and you can beat that price he posted, so for bang for buck get that f15 identical to american bass great amps under rated, concept is way overrated dosent do actual power by experience.
