Check out http://www.weldingsupply.com I got 20 ft. of 0 gauge and 15 ft. of 4 gauge for under $40 shipped. I think its like $1.20 a ft. Nice cable, and the thing is, its actually more flexible than the "car audio" 1/0 I have also.

Sometimes Ebay will have it for cheaper...I had a bad experience ordering from WS so I really can't recommend them to anyone else.
