I told them that they were selling 1/0ga wire that was the 1/0ga thickness but the actual wire itself was smaller than advertized.

****, I already made an offer for 2 sets from the guy...

I turned around and sent him a message stating I want clarification on the actual wire gauge inside the insulation...

If he doesn't reply to it I'll file a dispute on the offer with eBay to get out of buying the 2 sets...

Anyone know of proper gauge 0/1 for a good deal?

Or should I just buy from KnuKonceptz.com?

Is it safe to assume thier Kolossus 8 gauge is really, more or less, actually 6 gauge?

Its like 6ga because the 1/0 kolossus doesnt fit any 1/0ga terminals its so fat

Well, I sent him a message outlining my concerns, and a polite promise to take it up with ebay that he is defrauding customers if what I get is not truely what is advertised...

He submitted a mutual withdrawl/cancellation... I responded and all is done...

Hmm.. Kolossus sounds like it might just be a PITA to deal with...

The amps I am using only have a provision for 6-gauge, but should really be run with 4 gauge with a low-ohm load... Oh the constant screwing around to get everything to work just doesn't end, does it? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

Its prolly right around 2 gauge wire. It works well for the Big 3 upgrade but not for amps. Its still not bad at $30 shipped for the Big 3 upgrade.

I am just going to order up the Kicker 0/1 gauge kit... Sure it is like $100 shipped, but it includes everything...

Anyone know of any nice 4-gauge fuseholders that match thier distroblocks? My amps don't have built-in fusing...
