I have some titanium eyelets somewhere, I think they were made by industrial strength....

There is no limit to what you can stretch really. It is all about making sure your lobe don't thin out, and if they do, you have to shrink them down so they build back up and restretch. There guy with the world's largest lobes has them stretched to 6 1/2'' I believe, and he is still stretching them larger.

That's about as big as I have ever seen in person. A friend of mine has 3'' lobes, 1'' lip plate, 00g nostrils, and is working on stretching all of those bigger.

I may self will be getting both nostrils pierced at 12g, and also getting snakebites soon.

depends if ya do it right it takes a lil while, some people make big jumps in guages and tear there ears up and they never heal right, my buddy has his punched right to 0g

If you do it right, over a year at least. That would be around 3/4'', which is 19mm. Every time you go up a size, except for 2-0g and 0-00g which is 2mm, you are going up essentially 1mm.

It takes about a month between stretches to make sure everything is healed right. Stretching too fast can cause blow out, and tissue damage which can hinder you from stretching bigger.

And as peas said you can get them punched or scalpled to where they are a larger size to begin with, but doing so you lose alot of valuable tissue that you may need for further stretching.
