wow

gettin my pos working and going back to old school type system. the jl's were too weak so im spoucing up. now all i need is about 2 weeks and a paint job ill be sitting tight. prolly debut it in the fall at a show or 2. and yes i have cd-3's and yes they eat up mini horns in my opinion. the new stuff sounds enimic. people say i will be too narrow sound stage wise in a sidekick....i have already tried them if trippling the width of the vehicle sound wise is weak then i say a 1.5khz x over point is way too high. not gonna argue it here.... in the coming months i'll just show it ......

Horn(ed) vehicles usually have the widest soundstages I've ever listened to... Center image is typically tough for them, and height is a real killer, but who on earth is the bonehead trying to tell you that your stage will be narrow?

Hardly any component vehicles can touch the spatial width of a horn car... Hard to argue that. Slap the person twice for me...

going boneheaded (meaning i threw them in) i have a definate center. advantage is due to the fact where your ears are in position to the center console of the dash only weakness i heard is stage height and it sits (u can feel it) at low cheek level(of your face) thats no tweeking and running my partial system via rca's (not the fiber optic) i am just waiting to hear them with the rmb 8's. people have had mixxed feelings about it but if it does what it rta's at from the factory (even close) it will be sweet. only real concern i have is definition between 500-800 hz but in my application i was told that i can throw out the car sound review due to its small .5 cft box
