It used to be cool back when they were at the last shop, but now its just dumb. I used to actually like watching this show but now i jus wanna see the cars at the end. They try to be way too funny. Anyone else think its goin downhill?

It sucks now, sucked way back when.Sometimes I'd watch it, I'll admit.But it is the worst of the "tricking out" shows.

Overhaulin' seems like a pretty cool show. Or is it something else...........**** I haven't watched cable tv in a while.

I can't stand any of those car shows, especially Pimp my ride and trick my truck. The scripting on it is painful to watch at times.

"Hey T-Dog, how. are...you. going. to. hook. this. ride up?"

"Well, first...I'm going to. install. a. set. of chrome. rims."

Because I'm sure they have a big executive style meeting every time they do a clients car...

Why don't you believe that they have a meeting and discuss their plan before they get to work on a car? Makes sense to me with that many people working on a completely custom project.

Obviously they one they show on TV is scripted, but I'm sure they do something similar once they figure out which car they are going to be working on.

The most fake part for me is when they go to the person's house and tell them they are gonna pimp their car. Oh wow imagine that everybody just happens to always be seconds from the door wearing their best clothes.

The cars are usually ugly and overdone with no useful or attractive features, but every now and then they do something cool. The show is cheesy and not very informative, but compared to the rest of what comes on MTV...well you know.

Overall it's entertaining sometimes, at least it's short.

I understand that they probably have a meeting before working on a car, it's only practical, I just meant they probably wouldn't hold the meeting in a huge production room full of their best products. I would see it happening in their break room or around a coffee table in the shop itself. I dunno.
