Which Memphis 2500 are we talking about? I'd say if the amp is in working order, you'd be silly to turn it down. Those amps are beefy as shizz and I dislike Solo's so...there's my answer.

Compare the retail prices and what they go for used on ebay to get some sort of idea. Since I dislike that Solox sub I'd personally do it, that Memphis amp is pretty solid.
