After building a box for my 18" only to find out it wouldn't fit in my car (long story) i decided to build a box for my 12's. Im doing a 2.5 cubic foot before displacement sealed box atm for the pair of them. I was thinking maybe if i didn't like the sealed box i could make a baffle for one of the holes to plug it up and run a single 4" aero port to port the box. Is that something i could do?

why dont you build a smaller box for the 18 and raise the tuning...you'll be able to put more power to it that way also.

im gonna wait on building a new box for the 18. I plan on running 2 of them next year and pulling the back seats out, but for the winter i just want some bump //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I haven't ran a sealed box in about 3 years, so i dont know what to expect with my 12's. That's why i was wondering if i could turn the box into ported worse case.
