Hey everyone, I am building a sealed box for my new sub as i have very limited space to work with. I am building it to spec though for the New Alpine Type R subs..
Anyways i am about to order my sub and my amp will put out more than enough power at both 2 ohm and 1 ohm for this sub.. So i was looking at the difference between the 12" 2 ohm and 12" 4ohm models..
The 2 ohm has a Qes of 0.44 and a Qts of 0.42 where as the 4ohm has a Qes of 0.50 and a Qts of 0.47
Would this make the Dual 4 ohm version a better sub to have if im putting it in a sealed box? Or am i making a fool of myself by even asking this and it doesnt matter?
