lol, no. i do not forsee box rise, but rater coil arcing and shorting, aside from verry low motor strength/movement..... will likely fry the amp, or at least throw it in protect form excessive draw..... it reads low because it is no longer one long coil circuit, but a ball of cooked wire. i assume it used to ba a d2?
