He isn't claiming it is the RE original logo... I don't see a prob. Its also clear that they made it themselves, and its not a factory RE product.

haha i like how it spells color just makes want to say do you gotta hemi in that bonnent sorry tad bit off topic..but yea im sure everyone seen decals with ford or chevy or dodge symbols this is just branching off i guess but he might have changed it in some way wouldnt that make it a whole different logo no matter how small the change?

you know come to think of it...on the site, or anywhere, i have never seen the RE logo trademarked, copyrighted or anything. so if they don't have there logo copyrighted is it really that illegal???

Well even if it is copyrighted they don't have to follow the US copyright in the UK. If you notice they are in the UK and only sell to the UK so a US copyright wouldn't be in affect over there.....if they have a copyright in the UK then they would be breaking a law otherwise it's perfectly legal.
