They did. I had a faulty T1000 when I got it, and when it went out it took the subs with it. I am waiting on some brand new Type-R's, which will probably sound even better.

It is more than loud enough for me.

good to hear. i like the amp as well but they are pricey brand new!

Yeah. I got hooked up. My brother in law is head install at Ultimate, so I got a custom $1000 box, 2 alpine R's, T1000 and a pioneer premier deck and all installed for like $400. Best deal on anything I've ever gotten I think. He made the box for me for my birthday.

I also have two 12" type-rs and im wondering what is the SMALLEST box I could build to house these? Im trying to save as much trunk space as possible, and im trying to figure out a way to install these without taking up a lot of room, AND ALSO without sacrificing the sound quality/bang of the woofers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

than the least i would do for type Rs would be 3.5 cubes but 4.0 cubes would probably be your best bet. my trunk is basically use less with my 4.0 cubes box. but i never use my trunk anyways. what kind of car you have?
