I would think L7's on a 2500D would be more than enough. I guess I am still trying to grasp that it wasn't.

I did but since my car's quarter panels are paper thin it rattled like shit. you could actually see the trunk and panel flexing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif When I went sealed the bass stand out a lot more..

More deadening (if any already) and port the bishes. Better to try a cheap solution than buy cheap equipment.
