yes, as a 2nd generation (95-97) explorer owner, Iv been through all the possiblities of what you can fit back there and 4 18s sealed is somewhat possible but basicly useless, 4 15s is more resonable cause you have the option to port

Right I can see four 18"s fittin in a sealed but the ported box that I was thinking off would be similar to Meade's like the subs firing up port firing back at the tail gate/hatch at the bottom of the box...

its 41 inches wide and 36 inches deep just so you know. I could get two 18 mts in there. Just take out the back seat and wall that bish out...It sinks down lower behind the phront seats otherwise you only have like 35-36 inches.

youll be REAL lucky to get those in that car and keep below the window while maintaning the back seat. Youll be TRIPLE DIPPLE lucky (and goooood) if you can do it ported.

two 18's or even 2 15's with a fat port and lots of power will knock your brain loose if you know what your doing. I did 2 dd9515's in an expy one time on two zapco 9.0s and it was CRAZY. The box is on my "build" section in my site if you wanna see.

You could surely fit 4 or more 18's in that hahahah. espcically if you get rid of the 3rd row seating!
