No I don't have it yet but I am looking.....
Well right now I am guessing 4 15" Fi Q's or something.
If I were to do 18's I think that 4 would fit it's just the box would be higher than the rear window line to make up for it and give the subs adequate air space.
You sure I couldn't fit 4 18's in a ported box in the back of a 4dr explorer even if I were to make the box as wide and as long as can fit and then make up the rest of the airspace needed by building the box to be taller than the rear window lline?
Here is a good pic of the cargo space in a 1996 Ford Explorer 4dr...
See if you can measure atleast 3 feet across and 4 feet back then all you need to do is make the box that big and 2 feet tall and you have enough airspace for 4 18" Fi Q's (6-10ft^3 per 18" Q) so I figure the BTL's needed airspace can't be too much more than that...
...infact I think I read that steve uses 4 BTL 18's in a 20ft^3 ported box tuned to 30Hz.
On the 96 4dr Ford Explorers How many feet are there between each wheel well and how many feet from the back seat tot he tailgate?
If you were to measure from just above the wheel wells how many feet would there be across?
