Would an Amp get too hot inside a box behind plexi?

I had an idea for an enclosure where the amp would be mounted behind a plexi window in-between two subs so its basically in a box It's a Class D amp and doesn't really get that hot but has anyone done something similar before without using fans?

It has thermal protection..etc but I have seen plenty of amps behind plexi windows before. Has anyone had problems with it shutting down?

Magnet? What magnet? Let me try again. I'm wanting to put an amp behind a plexiglass window inside a compartment aka box. I've seen pics of it done before where the installer had similar built into the walls of the trunk covered with plexiglass but am asking about if it would get too hot being a Class D amp.

I won't have room for venting that's why I'm asking. But the space inside the chamber will have some room, probably 10 inches in front but that's where I'll put the plexiglass and I don't have anyway to cut a fan hole in 1/2" plexi nor really want to.

Then it will get hot. You could try just not pushing it hard but what's the point? Maybe check out some liquid cooling like in high performance cpus/servers
