Worth the upgrade???

Im going to be buying a set of CDT components 6.5" from woofersetc very soon since they have tose deals on the CDT speakers. my question ... is it worth the upgrade from the CL-S60A's to the CL-61T's ($40 more)?? The speakers will be amped and receiving up to 130 watts RMS. These will be replacing Eclipse 6.5" point source (thank god!).

i am using the cl61 and absolutely love them, i have not heard the cl60 so i dont know how the two compare but the CL61 has a better mid driver and tweeter so it should be worth the price differance.
