I know that feeling
I had the worst headache ever when I was taking my endurance/physical test for the NYPD

sounds like a synus congestion...take some sort of a decongestant with tylonal in it....I get really bad sinus headaches.....where my head feels like its gonna explode.....i take some decongestants and it always helps a ton....

yes I can...but I think this might be a sgn

1st time I was going to take it, I had a 102 fever and passed out in the morning....

2nd time I had the worst headache of my life....

thats a myth. the third time is always the worse. hellprolly passout stomach up and puke everywhere and choke.

but in an effort to cure your headache................sleep makes shit better no matter what it is, I know you can't do that now but it will work after u get off, just dont do it while driving.

I had tears in my eyes...it was like a stabbing/throbbing pain throughout. To make things worse, I had to go through all the obstacles.....which mad emy headache worse.
