hey guys! anybody fan of the WRC?? next event takes place in Mexico and Im gonna be there, getting a little bit of sun, a few coronas, and tons of dust from the nearby passing cars! you just gotta love that kind of sh1t! anyways im all hyped about it, cant wait till friday.

I'd love to go to a WRC race, but of course the WRC doesn't have anything going in the US (yet). The SCCA has some rally races, but it's nothing like the level of competition you get from the WRC.

Have fun, dude, and don't end up getting hit by one of the cars! haha

yeah i never got why NASCAR is such a big deal in the U.S... its just goin round in a circle... rally is 100 times way more exiting. im sure theres tons of cool places for a rally race in the U.S the problem is most people prefer the comfort of a speedway and the dullnes of pure speed in circles to the thrills of rally. anyways... one more day to go!

NASCAR is big in the US because of tradition and brilliant marketing. Most younger people don't give a hoot about NASCAR here. WRC drivers are among the most talented in the world, but NASCAR drivers are pretty good too. Driving 180MPH around a circlular track may not seem hard, but when you're doing it in traffic? Well, it's not so easy. But it sure isn't exciting to watch.
