^^This pissed me off. Jack3d is what works best for me and we were able to have it shipped out here and now there is no where that ships it and the mail room here is allowing it to make it through customs.

Same thing with Oxyelite Pro which I was also taking. All I'm left with is my animal pack vitamins and combat powder. They banned ALL products that contain the MCAA or something like that, they were claiming it was a germanium extract.

supplements are stupid.... a good high protein diet with plenty of carbs 5 hours before your workout will be much better than any supplement, as long as your protein choices arent too high in fat... I used to use supplements and then I switched for a high protein diet, a week after the switch was made my bench made an instant ten pound jump and over two months I gained 20 pounds in muscle and my bench increased by 70 pounds...

Oh to be 17 again.

Just to let the Jack3d fans know it did not work for me. Supplements work different on each person and this works 2x as good as jack3d. I now have gotten my body use to it and love the drive I get, but hate the taste.

MP Assault is a waste of money.

Jack3d is decent but I got to where I had to use 3 scoops every time.

A simple protein shake will give you all of them you need once the protein is broken down. I do take glutamine though.

Uh, at 17, that would be 90% hormones, very little to do with stopping the supps. You shouldn't need any supplements at that age, there is so much testosterone in your body, having a high protein diet is all that is necessary at that age.
