Workout Supplements

haha.. I dropped 285 in me a few weeks ago. I had just enough to get the bar on the low rack. Thats the starting off to fast thing I tend to do. I didnt lose power just a lot of endurance.
I take the ECA stack for fat burning. As long as your not dumb and drink a ton of water its fine. And take breaks form it every few weeks. All it is the the old Hydroxycut formula that use to work before they took the ephedra out of it

Jacked works but military cant use it anymore cause some douche popped for meth and blamed it on Jacked...
Not much of a drop but endurance is horrible to loose. I personally just have the worst endurance for lifting. Jack3d is ok, the pump was not very good and the energy was mild. I felt like a did a line of cocaine after drinking this **** though lol.

I dont take anything if I go in the morning, only after working at a desk all day. That little bit of motivation is nice, and once you drink it you have to go or your not sleeping that night.

 
Gaspari super pump max better endurance better taste and just awesome.....seriously guys no bs

I dont take anything if I go in the morning, only after working at a desk all day. That little bit of motivation is nice, and once you drink it you have to go or your not sleeping that night.
I take GABA before going to bed which helps me sleep. But even with full energy without some preworkout supp I can't finish my routine (which is 3hrs)

Way to long man.. 1 hour is all you need even with some cardio. anymore your breaking down to much and wont have time to recover. 3 lifts per group and one for the secondary of the day

I power lift with light stress workouts in between sets. To do all the muscle groups takes me about 3 hrs. I lift 3 days a week and do every muscle group I can each day.

 
supplements are stupid.... a good high protein diet with plenty of carbs 5 hours before your workout will be much better than any supplement, as long as your protein choices arent too high in fat... I used to use supplements and then I switched for a high protein diet, a week after the switch was made my bench made an instant ten pound jump and over two months I gained 20 pounds in muscle and my bench increased by 70 pounds...

super pump sux, didnt do anything for me...... I tried lots of different pwo stuff.... 1MR is by far my favorite, and I dont build tolerance to it.....I just take one scoop everytime ........just got off musclepharm's assault which was pretty good btw

100% agree but there is nothing wrong with a bit of a caffiene boost when your lagging. Even more so when your diet does not include it.
