Workout Routine

What are some of your workout routines?
I'm looking to drop some poundage. I plan on doing alot of cardio.
Crunches are excellent, squats, treadmill, and jumping rope all come to mind. If your goal is to lose weight, any and all exercise that keeps your heart rate up will be beneficial.

damb you got a pretty good work out routine. What kinda diet do you do, atkins. tons of protein, none, penis diet
Right now I am on a cut getting in about 2,200 calories a day and about 215g protein. Going to cut till I am down to about 185ish. Currently at 194, lost 6 pounds just by switching from my bulking to cutting diet. Going to start throwing in some HIT cardio the next 2 months so the next 9-10lbs should come off in about 2 months.

Around October I will start back on my first true CLEAN bulk. My plan is to start out with about 3,200 calories a day and 230g protein. Going to go with that till next Spring.

I have finally adapted to the diet and it is fairly easy for me. And I am doing great on limiting my drinking. I wouldn't still have to be cutting if I hadn't been such an alcoholic last fall //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

the answer is in your diet, lots of protein, take a multi-vitamin, eat 5-6 small meals a day. you want to build muscle first, it makes it easier to burn fat, slow steady cardio helps to burn fat and maintain muscle mass. good luck.

this man is correct...no amount of workout will get you in shape if you dont eat right
