woot! got my liscense

we in cali either over-react to everything like snow and drive like puzzies or we think we can do anything in the snow and stuff it head in to a snow bank on the side of the road. i have had to race on ice, in the rain, in lots of bad situations before, so driving under normal conditions in bad weather doesnt bother me at all.

Its funny, but I hate the rain, and love the snow. Definitely hate ice though!

Oh, and you should see the drivers in Korea! They can't even drive on dry roads!!!!! Most of them have enough sense to stay off the roads in the snow, but those that do drive in it are the worst of the worst!
I had my explorer (4wd) over there and had a guy tailgaiting me. I hit a little rut in the snow and the back end got a little loose. I was fish-tailing back and forth. I let off the gas, stayed off the brakes and started steering and counter-steering.

I got it mostly straight and glanced in the rear view to see the tail-gaiter doing circles and getting closer! I eased into the gas and kept the steering up. I straightened up just in time to watch the guy go spinning into a parked car at about 35 MPH. most people dont know that if start to oversteer and you keep your foot in it and get the wheels pointed in the right direction that the car will straighten itself out. just dont get it all corssed up the the point that it will bind up the car and kick it into a hop, then you will start to understeer (push)
