But yeah, I did the Big 3 in teh Caravan today. I used Hooker 1/0 for it, which I bought from KickinAudio. I got a 275A fuse, which was the biggest the shop I was at had, and I figured it'd be plenty. Overall, I'm very happy with the results... I'd say it reduced the dimming by 50% or so. Of course I'll still have voltage drops with a 2kW amp on a stock battery and alt.

It's really hard to get a shot of where the wire hits the engine block.... it was even harder to get there lol. But it's the same place the factory battery ground is. Why they grounded the battery to the block, I don't know.

yea the frame is better ground source then the body.

they are, but the do have somewhat of a frame rail structure.

Do you know what size your stock alt is?
