yeah...its because douchebags like to file claims after their items are sent and then close their paypal account leaving the seller in the negative after the chargeback...so yeah $110 that I WAS NOT going to pay paypal after he done received his item...

Ive never been screwed over before with paypal. But from what I have read, it doesnt look like they will be to helpful.

believe you me..paypal is worthless unless you are sending money. Isnt hard at all to get screwed over with paypal.
