Woofersetc not an MBQuart dealer?

I ordered an MBQUART rwe-302 from woofers etc, but just found out that they arent an authorized dealer of mb quart subs. Should i be worried? Or will the sub be an actual mb quart and not a **** version?

All that means is you paid less for it and woofersetc will be covering your warranty instead of maxxsonics, it will be a mbquart woofer not an imitation so your good to go.

Just be lucky they had your item in stock. They proceeded to charge me for an amplifier that I ordered, then call me a couple of days later to say there was an error and they didn't have it, and they tried to substitute a Memphis amplifier for a JBL BPX... I told them to cancel my order!
