actually.. aside from focal.. does anyone know if any other companies don't honor warranty from buying stuff online?? or is just when ypu buy from ebay?? i'm still a bit paranoid about buying anything off the internet. but so far these guys don't sound too bad

Nope. Eclipse's only internet retailers are Crutchfield, Cardomain, and Circuit City.
