i just bought some metra spacers at a local store. and im goign to install them soon. to see if they fit. its rainin and i have no garage space to park my car in.

How thick was the stock baffle? It wouldnt go in that because it was hitting the back right?

the stock was like a 1/4". it didnt go all the way back to the window tho

Yours had like a back on it though right? If you got some wood and made a 1/4 inch baffle like mine do you think it would hit the window?

doubt it wont hit. idk. i have the spacer already, so im goign to try that first.

Do you have a jig saw or a router? its really easy. Mine are not real pro ones but im sure someone on the forums could make you some for pretty cheap. Measure how far out the speaker sticks when it is hitting the window with no baffle in there.

Do you think the door pannel would go back on with 1/2 inch baffle or even 3/4ths

Your door is differnt then mine

theres a bulge right where the speaker is. i can remove the stock grill too.

Mine is exactly like that so I am guessing 1/2 inch baffle would work
