with this be sufficient electrics???

Call up Phil at HO Alternators ... he sold me a pretty nice adjustable voltage 200 amp alternator for 375
HO is a no no.

$650 for a direct swap 200A //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

iraggi has a 240A (115 idle) for 480

220A 125idle for 460

200A 125idle for 440

hmmmm think i might end up with the EA....

n00b question, but idle is car just running no foot on gas at all correct, i'd have to rev to the certain RPM to get that 200or amps correct?

stock alt is 110A....so that'd almost be like me playing music on my stock alt.....and i dont want to have to sit in the car revving it just to show it to someone know what i mean....

except for the fact that the stock alternator is more than likely the same way. Doesn't put out near full current at idle.

So no, it would not be anything like your stock alternator.

Quit being a pussy *** bitch...
I'd go with H-O...

nG
quit being a pen-15 rider.

you make me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

naa i think im going to either go with the iraggi or EA.

i think i'll try to scrape money for a 2400 in trunk and put 1400 under hood.

do you think im going to have to charge these things every other day...? thats what someone on another forum said.....even with the new alt.....and that would really become a hassle, but dont get me wrong, i'd do it.

and im calling up powermaster tomorrow to try and get a quote.

thanks for the advice!

well only time i'd play it at idle is if i show it to someone....mostly its driving, i guess a charge every couple weeks wouldnt hurt....

now its time to decide on an alt. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

once again i appreciate the info!

who knew ca.com would actually help me??

ehhh called up powermaster and said he couldnt really do much for me b/c the parts were so expensive.....

so its going to be either the iraggi or EA.

well not exactly nightly, but if i play em at idle a lot, every couple days......thats what i was told

Not sure if you tried them, but alterstart does alternators also. Did one for my Subaru. Haven't installed it yet though so I'm not pumping them to you, just a suggestion for price checking.
