230 has nothing to do with whether a private provider like YouTube can censor anything that a subscriber puts on the site, or boot them altogether.
It’s supposed to protect them from being sued for what subscribers put on the site.

When big tech censors free speech related activities on behalf of the gov, it’s not section 230 protection anymore. Those entities then become publishers, and they should be held liable for all content on their platform.

Government and big tech are clearly censoring dissidents in violation of our first amendment. Disinformation is whatever your government says it is, and that’s evil totalitarianism that usually leads to democide, genocide, etc. That’s where this road goes. Now Supreme Court justices are having trouble just eating in a restaurant.

It's exactly like if I go into a casino and start winning millions playing blackjack. The casino security will simply come over to me and tell me that my business is no longer wanted there. Did you read Section 230? I don't see anywhere, where if forbids a service from banning speech. It appears to protect services like youtube from being sued because somebody posted something stupid on their website.

Every company has the right to refuse service to anyone. No questions asked. They don't even have to give a reason.

They can’t be sued because they’re not publishers. They’re supposed to be open platforms for anyone, you know, like they advertise.

Once again, when they censor people based on politics, they’re supposed to lose section 230 and can be sued, because they’ve decided to become a publisher, which hasn’t happened, because they’re censoring on behalf of our corrupt government.

My front lawn is private property and not a public domain that I advertise to be a platform for anyone to talk on, you idiot. That’s not even remotely close to the same thing. A better comparison is that would you let anyone into your business park (as a corporation) with a megaphone, and that’s already been done in court, and the people had free speech.
