Who tracked these phones and under what subpoena? Why was Trump unable to get this “proof”, yet you somehow have it?

The president doesnt need win the popular vote. Trump lost in states that stopped counting middle of the night and many states were close by few thousands which fraud cover made the difference. Who order the stop counting all at once? 99% came in for Joe after the count. They didn't defraud anybody. That's just how the DNC system works. Ironically, that's what both Trump and Hilary supporters were doing when they called on electoral voters to vote against the majority vote.
