China probably needs us as much as we need them.
I’m sorry brother. That’s just wrong. China doesn’t need us. They are poised to be the dominant power in the world by 2030. We will see if it’s a Cold War or WW3, but this is coming soon. They are willing to die, starve and kill for their beliefs. We are fighting over which bathroom to use and wether to teach our spoiled kids about racism.

They would never invade us. They need somewhere to sell all of their goods.

I don’t technically like that we have a “cast system” type thinking when it comes to the Chinese, as if it’s their destiny to build things for Americans for the rest of their existence. If you think that is what smart Chinese people want for themselves, then I believe you don’t really understand what human beings want in general. One of the things foreign countries dislike about us is the way we put them in boxes, just like we do with our own countrymen .

China absolutely needs us. $435 billion is no small change when it comes to an economy where labor is dang near free. It's only 1/30th of their whole economy, but imagine if any major US company or the entire economy lost 1/30th of its income overnight....

I think that’s a naive way of looking at it myself. Some ideologies dig way deeper than consumerism.

Do you really think that they would invade us and kill 330 million people? I think that they would rather watch our Country implode. Politics has divided our Country like I've never seen it before. Like it or not, it all started after Trump got elected. I honestly don't think would invade us in the near future. I could be wrong though. Who knows?

They don’t have to invade us. That’s not how a modern war will be fought.

What would China gain by starting a war on American soil? I'm guessing not very much.

Communist ideology is a little different. They are willing to take losses for the greater good. Maybe it won’t even happen, but China is coming up in the world. They aren’t going to want to play second fiddle forever.

Well you said WW3. The first two World wars meant invading other Countries. So, I guess that you meant an economic War not a World War. I still doubt that would ever happen. It's possible though if Trump get's back in office and starts playing games again. Higher tariffs equal higher prices for us citizens.

As if China likes any US president. You’re too partisan to discuss world politics with.
