Was that an attempted Floyd reference?

Not everything that's over your head is "stupid". Comparing death to separation really shows your uninformed bias. Our justice system ALWAYS separates families when someone is rightfully arrested for breaking the law, or would you prefer kids go to jail/prison with their parents?
Understanding law and the COTUS is not “uninformed bias”.

So if a dad gets arrested, the mothers goes to jail too, and the kids go WHERE in this ALWAYS separation that occurs in your myopic view of justice and our legal system (which is biased by a lack of knowledge)?

It's weird... I don't solely watch CNN or other left only leaning media and I can see videos of Biden and his Admin literally inviting people to come to the boarder. How is it that you people that support Biden and his admin claim to have no knowledge of what the people you are supporting so blindly have said? How can you support them if you don't know what they are doing???
Is this part of the filibuster where you avoid providing a proof of a claim that you have made?
A reminder of the request: Provide proof of your claim that immigrants were invited to come here illegally by this administration.

Nah Bruh. You are a tired argument. You will refuse proof and continue to argue. Stop asking for proof that you will continue to reject.
You haven’t provided proof to this day.
Your feelings/beliefs/opinions are not “proof” of anything.

Remember that time you “proved” the Oxford dictionary was wrong by stating “humans are fallible”? Yeah, that’s not how it works in a grownup world.

Kids don't stay with parents if parents are arrested. Kids don't stay with parents if kids are arrested. Are you seriously disputing that?

Rather than repost a ton of text, this explains the legality (or lack thereof) of the familial separation. It speaks to Federal and state law, along with Constitutional law: https://scholarship.law.georgetown.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=3252&context=facpub

If your response is “they’re wrong” or “this proves nothing”, please don’t waste your or our time. Instead, explain how the referenced laws are wrong or nonexistent.

Listen... form an original opinion. Then you might be interesting to talk to. Speaking to you only to have you demand proof over and over for everything is pointless. You are so far gone and stuck in your groove that you refuse to allow yourself a conversation where you don't feel the need to argue or have someone prove to you that the things they have seen or read aren't "made up" just because they aren't in line with the side of politics you have chosen to support no matter what.

You are not easy to talk to because you are cocky, stubborn and egotistical.

I form my opinions with facts, you form yours with feelings in disregard or ignorance of facts.
It’s easy to call you out when you post stuff that is obviously and patently bullshlt.
Why do you get butthurt by being asked to back up your claims? Do you feel entitled to having people believe your BS simply because it’s yours?

Tell me if I posted something like “Trump is a ********* and everyone knows it”, that you wouldn’t jump all over my shlt, saying “You’re full of crap; PROVE it”.
The funny thing is that even if I DID, you’d say the proof is BS.
You can’t provide proof but also deny proofs that are presented to you. It’s like you live in your own little reality.

Still waiting for you to provide proof of the open invitation for people to enter the country illegally, BTW.
Can you provide it, or was that just an “original opinion” of yours?

I’d guess you find it hard to talk to me because I don’t give out participation trophies and just accept what you say as “proof” or that all of the stuff you post is “right”. Maybe you’re just not used to being questioned when you sling shlt.
I’m a no-bullshlt kind of guy.

I am not sorry to disappoint you but just because that is the way YOU think does not mean everyone else thinks like that. I don't care what your opinion is but it is just that, opinions. I am not going to tell you to give me proof about your opinion because that is the way you feel about whatever you are giving your opinion on. You are allowed to feel however you want about whatever you want. I don't know why you think the world needs to prove opinions to you.

Opinion - Noun
"a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge."

You can form your opinions however you like, with or without facts. You choose facts as you say. I may not and I am still ok to do so because my opinions do not need to be supported with facts. Nobody's does. You think I would respond to you the same way you respond to everyone else by saying "Prove It." Nobody has to prove an opinion to you or justify how they feel. You don't need to take every one's opinions as if they are put to you to start an argument. I will show you how adults do it...

In response to your post above:

I have see your opinions regarding my post. While I see your points of view, I do not agree with them. I understand that you like to use facts to form an opinion but I feel forming opinions based only on facts makes one sound robotic and unoriginal and can cause an opinion to be based on one sided or limited information. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Why don't you address my point rather than expect me to read 78 pages that at-a-glance appears political?

It addresses your point wholly.
If you think an explanation of the legality of familial separation using references to Federal law, state law, and Constitutional law is “political”, it speaks volumes about your understanding of the difference between law and politics.
If you don’t know the difference, you probably should not express opinions on the topic.

Opinions about your favorite beer are one thing. Opinions about law, opinions about historical events, opinions about medical science, opinions about economics are and entirely different story.
No one could ever prove you are lying about your favorite beer (well they might, but why bother?), but if your opinion is that it is legal to shoot someone without cause, it’s real easy to call BS.

If your goal is to be a fact contrarian, that is certainly your right, but you don’t get to claim your opinion as “fact” when doing so. You have claimed your opinion was fact when it indeed was not. That’s a nonstarter.

Good filibuster, BTW. But not enough posts to make me forget you still haven’t proved your most recent “factual” statement, re: the open invitation that was made inviting people to cross the border illegally.
