The speed of light is only the speed of light because the ether is resistant to electrical flow. The speed of light only applies to our dimension. It's a limiter. Space time itself is a fabric. There's no such thing as a true vacuum. So the the scientists know this, from Tesla, Brown, Maxwell, many others. Basically all you need is really high voltage produced by a tesla coil at a very high frequency. Energy concentration at any given point in space time will basically poke a hole in the ether and you'll enter another dimension. That's what they're doing at CERN: exceeding the speed of light to connect to other dimensions. That's why they have the god Shiva there at CERN.

Reality is layered, dimensions are layered in the same space, stacked on top of each other like radio stations. That's just the nature of reality. All you have to do is match the vibratory state of another dimension to connect to it. Vibrations create geometry. Atoms are just 3d standing waves.
