WinISD giving SHORT port length

I'm designing a box for my friend's two 12's in his hatchback Saab.

I took dimensions of his trunk, he has 19'' in height (what we're limiting it to) and 36'' for length, we left the depth as the variable dimension following NGizms tutorial stickied in this forum

Anyway so I start plugging numbers into WinISD following the tutorial, and when I calculate the port length it only gives me 27.59'' of port. This is for a 5 cubic foot box.

The box is going to be 5 cubic feet internally, tuned to 33hz, with a single L-Port that is 17.5''x4''

Is 27.59 actually correct? I thought it was supposed to be at least 12'' per cubic foot.

Any help/input is appreciated.
