Why are you running a LOC if your running an aftermarket HU? Also...are those separates in the very back? While I condone creativity, nice whomever fabricated that area, most of the sound comes from up front anyway

Thanks for the feedback.

The answers to those questions and many more are provided in wingless-level detail in my installation topic.

The Line Output Converter was used for two purposes. One is that the aftermarket amplifier was used w/ the factory head unit for a period. The other is that when the Alpine head unit was installed I did a concurrent test, w/ the front through the converter and the rear direct line level, there was no difference detected.

The rear sound bar is an OEM part, that was reupholstered by me when I reupholstered the headliner.

The rear door speakers are not active. I will be installing component subwoofers in the rear doors driven by a Blaupunkt GTA 1500 D 500W amplifier. I'm leaning towards a pair of these Kicker CompRT 43CWRT672 6-3/4" component subwoofer speakers, one in each rear door.

That copyright doe!

Hopefully the storm has died down a considerable amount by the time it makes landfall. My mom is in Fort Lauderdale right now and has to stay because she's a government employee.
