Windows 7 rocks. I am one of the early adopters performing testing for my employer and I am considering building my next personal machine as a Windows 7 box. Beats the hell out of Vista.

Win 7 Beta rocked, I been playign with the RC and it is a bit heavier than the beta, but we'll see how the retail disc is when it ships.

I had it running with 1/4 the resources of Vista at idle on the same machine...

I have the actual release version (thank god for having Microsoft friends)..

and I fucking love it. I'm running a pretty barebone system too, only 1gb of memory, but a nice gfx card.. & I seem to be running it QUITE nice.

Ive been running the 'RTM' for about 2 months now. Its been great and updates fine. I got rid of Vista for it, but I also have Ubuntu on another partition on my laptop incase I mess something up in Win7.
