FYI. You're not a "poor" college student. You're a spoiled rich brat who thinks the rules don't apply to, and too fawking stupid to take the hint after the first ticket.
The fact that you've gotten ticketed 3 times for the same thing, and the comment you posted, leads me to believe you failed the attitude test the first time, and now they have a hard on to bust you.

Big rims, ricer car, subwoofers, tinted windows, cameras and attitude. You're going to talk to these same cops again. They know your car and will pop you again.

i was kicked out of my parents house at 17 and have worked hard for everything i've got. i have never gotten or asked for a handout. i work 40+ hours a week on normal, on top of going to school full time. I worked at best buy as a 2nd job last summer and fall and thats where i got most of my electronics. the employee discount is sweet.

i pay for my own college and dont have much room in my budget for tickets. so dont go lecturing me and saying im one of those rich kids whos daddy buys them everything

If you can afford all that electronic stuff then your not poor. Thinking the cop shouldn't ticket you because you're "poor" (for the 3rd time) shows how spoiled and retarded you are.

Please keep bumping loud, while speeding with your tinted windows and mouthing off to the cops. Maybe paint your car bright yellow to attract more attention. Then the cops will spend time with you and leave the rest of us alone.

shit i would never get darker than the legal limit. it just gives cops a reason to pull you over, and then you could get busted with something a lot worse than tint

Got pulled over on I4 for windshield tint/tint. They searched my car found some stuff got a lawyer and all charges dropped except tint. Had all money ready to get my lawyer a little gift and also pay the tint ticket, but decided to get more tint instead with the money. Next day got pulled over for tint again. Over 450 dollars worth of tint tickets. I love it though, just have to be safe and not a dumbass like me.

i got a ticket 2 months ago and haven't got one since. 2% is way too dark for the fronts though, you deserve it man. do a 20% and you probably not get them that often

It never amazes me how stupid people are. You have already been ticketed twice for tints. On your way home from paying off a ticket for illegal tint you get another ticket for tint lol. Some people people make mistakes but some people are just idiots. And then you make a thread complaining about it as if the cops did something wrong or something. You must not be very bright.

took the 2% off at work, it was slow and the boss is cool about working on our cars. took a good 2 and a half hours to get all the glue off. bought some 20% film and cut it to shape. if i get time tomorrow ill try to put it on.

its so wierd driving without the tint, i dont like it. the worst part is that on the way home from the bars with my drunk girlfriend, she wouldnt give me any play in the car b/c people could see in. that sucked.

My tint is very illegal.

I consider myself lucky for never getting a ticket for it.

The major negative about illegal tint is a lot of ******* shops won't warranty it and thus take advantage of that to use a cheaper tint to **** you over.

Tint isnt that hard to get off. Take a trash bag and cut it to the size of the window and tape it to it. Put some ammonia in a spray bottle and spray inside the bag between the window and bag and let it sit. After about an hour it will fall off. Thats how I take tint off.

No offense but havent you learned after the first 2 tickets haha.. I got a ticket for having 20% in the front windows so I just took them off.

x2... THey made me take mine off before I even payed the ticket...had to bring the car to the station and show them...

But 2% on your front windows...wtf you expect man

I just got pulled over again yesterday for window tint. If you read my first post I took the tint off of all 4 side windows because it was $186.50 per window.

This cop told me that my little rear side window and my back window can only be tinted 35%. I told him he was wrong. He went back to his car for 25 minutes and came back and didn't say a thing about it.

I had my sister from New Zealand in my car and had to stop at a closed gas station for air since my tire was low (after having an alignment done). The cop was giving me the 20 questions like guns, drugs, where r u going, why r u so far from home, middle name, all kinds of sh!t.

Oddly enough, he pulled me over instead of this POS cavalier that was all beat up.

Have a baby in the car at all times, lol! Always works for me.........but is far more expensive than a few tint tickets, however you won't look as stupid on here.

I'm pretty sure IL is 45 a window. Everyone in my town has 5% everywhere and no one gets pulled over for it.
