Window Tint Question

i just bought 2 rolls of 5% tint for my car. i already have double 15 on back and 35 on the sides. the legal limit where i live is 33%. so im sure this is going to be really dark when i put it on. does anybody know if the ticket is bigger for the darker it is. and how much a tint ticket will run.

its probably the same for any %tint...and its prob liek 85$

No tint ticket is all the same regardless of how dark. Just with lets say 20% you dont have as high of a chance getting a ticket. Also where did you buy the tint from? I need me some

Ticket does not depend on darkness. I've heard of tickets from $75 - $325 for tint

local auto store. they have from 45% to 2.5%. it ran me $45 for the two rolls which will do my whole car minus a strip on my driver window

If your doing it yourself IF you do get pulled over just peel the tint off say you took it off they more then likely will drop the ticket then just re do it.

lol..thats what i will end up doin. i wonder if people are goin to be able to see inside my car at all when i put it on..any ways im putting it on sat. so i will get pics when its done

They usually run $75-125, and are usually a fix-it -ticket. You will have 2 weeks or a month or something to take a picture w/o tint and bring it to your courthouse, then the ticket will be dropped. How it is in a lot of places atleast.
